This book is entitled EARTHQUAKE IN ITALY And the 2^nd Universal Council Meeting in Rome, because these were the main events impacting the Keshe foundation during this time period and the workshops contained therein.

Report on the 2^ndUC Conference

It was fitting that the 2^nd UC Conference should be marked by an Earthquake, because as MK said in WS 137 after the Conference, Massive Earth shifts have been prevented by Reactors of Light and people all the way around the Ring of Fire.

The awesome power of the Universal Council was also demonstrated in getting their 1^stDay Wish at the Conference being fulfilled – or at least a good step towards getting fulfilled, on the 2^ndDay of the Conference… Not Zero Time but close to it! Also, there were revelations that the Universal Council has assistance from the Universal Community, and one example of this was the recent SpaceX rocket explosion, as according to MK the flight was intended to trigger WWIII and this was not allowed.

At the workshop the week prior to the Conference MK made it clear that people who were not already on the Council would come to listen, and not to be heard. What was therefore observed at this Council Meeting was a baby council of about 23 of the 144 planned languages, which was still an exciting event with the realization that the paradigm shift is here, with 23 different cultures talking to each other across a Council for Humanity.

As MK said in one of these workshops, the United Nations was an attempt to get humanity cooperating but was a failure as it was dictated 40% or so by the British Empire program. The first steps observed at the 2^ndCouncil meeting were sometimes faltering ones, but above all it was seen that these people coming for the right intention were all lovely beautiful transparent souls and the truth could be read in their eyes and in their auras.

There is much illumination in these pages for souls who are ready to join the Universal Community, and there are also some heavy weight and devastating declarations and judgments identifying the people and culture responsible for much of the Mayhem on this planet, as MK himself being a COHEN is a hereditary high priest of that particular culture! Being in that bloodline he is also uniquely qualified to tell the real truth of what happened to the other prophets on his blood line including Moses, Muhammad, and with some shocking revelations on Christ, Bless His Name, in Part 2 of KSW 134.
